- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

- Once an order has been processed for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled.
- Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

- To request a refund, contact support@kokniz.com with order details, photos of the product (if applicable), and reason for refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.

Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
